At Aquasure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home water filtration purchase. If you are not happy with your system, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, connectors, and installation hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Aquasure

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
